-Regarding my experience with guided imagery, hypnosis and energy therapy with Debra from Alternative Health Therapy:
"I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was scheduled for a masectomy. I had an MRI, which totally upset my mind and body due to the loud sounds it produced. After the MRI, I had a session with Debra, which helped me to go from feeling completely upset, stressed and fearful, to a blissful state of complete joy and relaxed balance. This peaceful state stayed with me all throughout the masectomy operation and also through the weeks of healing that followed.
Debra gave me meditative and guided imagery tools to help me recreate that healing state of positive, safe feelings whenever I needed it. I feel that the lack of fear based tension in my body and mind accelerated my healing process. I was off pain medications in 24 hours.
